Sorry for the length in posts.

Recent creations have been: Vanilla Rum Dream Cake Pops, Lemon Lemoncello Cake, Red Velvet Cake with a cream cheese tunnel inside, Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes, PB&J Cupcakes, Orange-Berry Ginger Cake.

I'm also currently working on some Gluten-Free items for someone.

ALSO, it's the holidays and I don't know what that means to you, but here, it means only one, tasty, amazing thing.....PIE CAKES!!!!  Pumpkin Pie Cake is on this week's menu!  There might even be an appearance by my favourite, Caramel Apple Pie Cake!

Today's cake was an Apple Cupcake Cake.  A cupcake-shaped cake, with apple liquor, apple pie filling, & apple pie filling as a frosting.

This week flavours were both for birthdays!

Chocolate Banana with 99 Bananas was for Randy's birthday!

Double Lemon with a sweet rum & a homemade lemoncello was for French's birthday!

Let's play catch-up...

I haven't had time to catch up here lately and for that, I humbly apologize.

Last week's flavour was Saturday Morning Breakfast; a vanilla cake with Milk & Loopy Vodka, vanilla icing, & Froot Loops!

The week before that was Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes with a very sweet rum!

This week's flavour shall be Chocolate Bananas, with 99 Bananas & chocolate icing, in honor of Randy's birthday last Sunday!

Today I'm baking tons for a party we're catering tomorrow.  I've got an order of Lemoncello Bars, Lemon Lemoncello Cupcakes, Orange Supreme Cupcakes, & I might make another batch as a surprise.  Pictures will follow as soon as everything is done & decorated!

It occurs to me that I am hungry...always happens when I bake.  

...cupcakes might make a good breakfast.

Hello & welcome to La Dolce Vita Cakes!

We are based out of Pinellas Park, FL & specialize in making alcohol-infused bundt cakes, 6-inch mini bundts, cupcakes, cake pops, bars & pie cakes!

Our bundt cakes don't have icing or fondant or fancy decorations, because we'd rather showcase our amazing flavours!  A gorgeously decorated cake is wonderful to look at, but if the flavours inside are boring, how amazing is it?  Our bundts can be topped simply with powered sugar or a nice glaze.  We also have lots of shaped bundt pans for all different types of occasions.  You won't find a boring flavoured cake here!

Our cake pops are wonderful bite-sized portions of cake perfection!  Little balls of cake & magic stuck on sticks, covered in a candy shell & topped with various bits of awesomeness!  Available in our full flavour list.

We also make Pie Cakes!  What is a Pie Cake you may ask?  We take a wonderful pie & bake it inside a cake!  When you cut into it, you'll have a great tasting pie surrounded by a complementing cake flavour!  Truly a decadent treat, perfect for any holiday!

Our 6-inch minis are smaller versions of our full-size bundts & available in all flavours.  Our bars are your basic bars...but with a kick of liquor!  They are also available in brownies.

Last, but not least, we have cupcakes available in any flavour on our list.

I'm getting hungry...I think it's time for a cupcake!  ^.^
